THE MOSS PARK INTER-PROFESSIONAL PRIMARY CARE PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY SERVICING CLIENTS AT ALL SAINTS CHURCH (315 DUNDAS STREET E) MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY 11AM-3PM.
