TO ALL HEALTH BUS CLIENTS AND SERVICE USERS OF SHERBOURNE HEALTH,

TO RESPOND TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK, OUR HEALTH BUS SERVICES HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED TO BEST PROTECT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR SHERBOURNE COMMUNITIES. THE MOSS PARK INTER-PROFESSIONAL PRIMARY CARE PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY SERVICING CLIENTS AT ALL SAINTS CHURCH (315 DUNDAS STREET EAST) MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY 11AM-3PM. SERVICES INCLUDE PRIMARY CARE AND CASE MANAGEMENT ONSITE.

The Health Bus is on the road 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Moss Park IPC stops are in the evenings and weekends and the Community Program Stops are available during the daytime.
